The Hydrotherapy Pool will be closed 29th November 2019 (this Friday Afternoon) and will reopen Monday 6th January 2020 resuming normal class times.
If you would like to book in for a private session to start 2020 "exercise for life" please contact me direct by call/text early 2020 to insure you a place.
