Hydrotherapy is in a heated pool set at approx. 34.5 degrees designed to relax muscles, improve the circulation system and enable you to stretch and build muscles as part of my rehabilitation program. For those with issues such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, those recovering from injury or pre-post-surgery, can help with pain relief, general fitness and a great social activity.

First time patients must attend an assessment 2pm either Tues, Wed or Thurs   

$50 assessment $20 musculoskeletal classes cash on the day.
